What we collect

• The short form: your name, phone number and email address.
• The vehicle form, if you continue: year, make, model, mileage, VIN, whether the vehicle is paid off, any comments you add, and any photos you upload. Photos are stored on our server.
• Basic technical information: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you viewed, used to measure traffic and catch spam submissions.

Who we share it with

• Your submission is recorded by this website, emailed to the person who operates it, and passed to TX Lead Forge.
• It is then sent to vehicle buyers and dealerships so they can make you an offer. They may contact you directly by phone, text or email.
• Those buyers pay for these enquiries. That is our business model, and it is how the service is free to you.

We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers or to data brokers.

Tracking on this site

A first-party script records anonymous page views and time on site so we know which pages are useful. It does not collect your name or contact details. This site does not currently run advertising pixels; if that changes, this page will say so.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry, and any photos you sent, for as long as we need them to work your request and to keep a record of what was sent where. If you want them removed sooner, ask and we will delete them.
